Please read these terms carefully before using our website and services. By placing an order with ClimoraBreeze, you agree to the terms below.

Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms, the following definitions apply:

Withdrawal period: the period within which the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal.
Consumer: the natural person entering into an agreement for private use.
Day: calendar day.
Recurring agreement: an agreement for the recurring delivery of products or services.
Durable medium: any means allowing information to be stored without alteration.
Right of withdrawal: the consumer's right to cancel the agreement within the stated period.
Company / we / us: ClimoraBreeze (operated by MD-enterprises), provider of products and/or services through distance selling.
Distance agreement: an agreement concluded without the simultaneous physical presence of both parties.
Means of distance communication: any means used to conclude a distance agreement.
Terms: these terms of service.

Article 2 – Applicability

These terms apply to all offers from ClimoraBreeze and to all agreements between ClimoraBreeze and the consumer. The terms are made available before the agreement is concluded and can be saved on a durable medium. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully in force.

Article 3 – Offers

Offers are valid for as long as they are displayed or while stocks last. ClimoraBreeze reserves the right to change offers and prices without prior notice. Product descriptions and images are indicative and not binding. Obvious errors or mistakes in prices or descriptions do not bind ClimoraBreeze.

Article 4 – Conclusion of the agreement

The agreement is concluded once the consumer places and confirms an order. ClimoraBreeze confirms receipt of the order by email. We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure payments and personal data. ClimoraBreeze reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for valid reasons, such as incomplete order details or suspected fraud.

Article 5 – Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 30 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. The consumer must notify us in writing within this period at info@climorabreeze.com. The product must then be returned within 14 days of notification. The product must be handled with care, be unused, and — where possible — be returned in its original packaging.

Article 6 – Costs of withdrawal

The cost of return shipping is the consumer's responsibility. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, or after proof of return shipment has been provided. Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original payment, at no additional cost to the consumer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Article 7 – Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

– Custom-made products or products made specifically for the consumer.
– Hygiene or intimate products whose seal has been broken.
– Health or personal-care products whose packaging has been opened.
– Perishable products.
– Opened digital products, software or licenses.
– Gift cards and vouchers.
– Services that have begun with the consumer's explicit consent.

Article 8 – Prices

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout, and apply at the time of ordering. Applicable taxes are shown or calculated at checkout. For international orders, any import duties or customs charges are the consumer's responsibility. ClimoraBreeze reserves the right to change prices, but price changes made after an order has been placed will not be applied to that order.

Article 9 – Conformity and warranty

ClimoraBreeze warrants that products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, and reasonable quality requirements. All products come with a minimum 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to any statutory rights you may have. Any defects must be reported in writing within a reasonable time after discovery at info@climorabreeze.com. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or consumer negligence.

Article 10 – Delivery and risk

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the consumer. The estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days after dispatch. The risk of damage or loss passes to the consumer at the moment of delivery. ClimoraBreeze aims for careful and timely delivery but is not liable for delays beyond its control.

Article 11 – Payment

Payment is made when the order is placed, via secure and trusted payment methods, including credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All payments are processed through certified, encrypted payment service providers.

Article 12 – Complaints

Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted in writing within a reasonable time after discovery at info@climorabreeze.com. ClimoraBreeze handles every complaint with care and aims to respond within 14 days. If a complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may pursue any remedy available under applicable law.

Article 13 – Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will first be addressed through mutual consultation. If this does not lead to a resolution, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence, including in the United Kingdom and the European Union; those rights apply in addition to these terms.

Final provisions

The most current version of these terms is always available on our website. Changes take effect upon publication. If any provision is declared invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
