Does it need installation or a technician?
No. The Climora is completely plug-and-play. There's no drilling, no tools and no window kit — just plug it into a standard wall socket, switch it on, and you're good to go. Perfect if you rent and can't make changes to your walls or windows.
Can it both cool and heat?
Yes. Climora works year-round: switch to cooling on hot days and heating when it turns cold. One unit, every season — so you don't need a separate fan in summer and a heater in winter.
How big a space does it work in?
The Climora is designed as a personal, single-room comfort unit and works best in the space around you — your bedroom, home office, living room or nursery. It's ideal for cooling the room you're actually in, rather than trying to cool an entire house.
Is it noisy?
No. It's designed to run quietly in the background, so it won't disturb your sleep, your calls or your concentration. That's exactly why so many people use it in the bedroom and home office.
Which voltage and plug do I need?
Choose the option that matches your country at checkout — US/Canada (110V) or UK/EU/Australia (220–240V) — with the matching plug. No adapters or converters needed; just plug in and go.
Can I move it between rooms?
Yes. It's lightweight and portable, so you can easily move it from your bedroom at night to your living room or office during the day.
Orders, shipping & delivery
When will my order arrive?
We aim to deliver within 7–14 business days for the UK and the US. Because our products ship from our international distribution network, delivery times can vary slightly. In exceptional cases — such as carrier delays or customs processing — it may take a little longer. As soon as your order ships, you'll automatically receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel at any time.
Where is my order shipped from?
Orders are shipped from our international distribution network. This lets us offer a carefully selected range at sharp prices, with reliable and efficient delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes. After your order ships, you'll automatically receive a tracking code by email. Use the link in your shipping confirmation to follow your parcel's status in real time. Haven't received an email? Please also check your spam or junk folder.
My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected 7–14 business days, contact us at info@climorabreeze.com. We'll look into it straight away and help you as quickly as possible.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is always free, on every order, with no minimum spend. No hidden fees — the amount you see in your cart is exactly what you pay.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay safely and securely at ClimoraBreeze. We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All payments are processed through certified, encrypted payment providers.
Returns, refunds & cancellations
How do I return a product?
You can return a product within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it's unused and in its original condition (including packaging). Always contact us first at info@climorabreeze.com — we'll register your return and send you the correct instructions. Returns sent without prior contact can't be processed.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Will I get my money back after returning?
Yes. Once we've received and inspected your return, the full purchase price is refunded within 5 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Processing times vary between banks, so it may take up to 14 days for the amount to appear on your statement.
Can I cancel my order?
We process orders quickly so we can get them to you as fast as possible, so cancellation is only possible if your order hasn't shipped yet. Contact us as soon as you can at info@climorabreeze.com. If your order is already on its way, you're covered by our 30-day return policy.
What if my product arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@climorabreeze.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging, and we'll arrange a fast, fair solution.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. All products come with a minimum 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If you notice a fault, contact our customer care team and we'll be glad to help.
