Fast, free and fully tracked
At ClimoraBreeze, every order ships free — no minimum spend, no hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it every step of the way.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed before 11:00 PM are, where possible, prepared for dispatch the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order ships, you'll automatically receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delivery time
Our estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days for the UK and the US. Because our products ship from our international distribution network, delivery times can vary slightly. In exceptional cases — such as carrier delays or customs processing — delivery may take a little longer. You can track your order in real time using the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Orders are shipped from our international distribution network. This allows us to offer a carefully selected product at a sharp price, with reliable and efficient fulfilment.
Tracking your order
After your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking code and link. Use it to check your parcel's status at any time. Don't see the email? Please also check your spam or junk folder, or contact us at info@climorabreeze.com.
Checking your delivery address
Before placing your order, please make sure your delivery address is correct. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at info@climorabreeze.com. We'll do our best to correct the details before dispatch, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has already been processed.
Haven't received your order?
If your parcel hasn't arrived, please check the following first:
– Wait 24 hours — it may be delivered the next day
– Check your mailbox and usual drop-off spots
– Ask neighbours or others in your household
– Check whether the parcel was left at a pickup point
If your parcel still can't be found, contact us at info@climorabreeze.com — we'll clarify the situation as quickly as possible.
Lost parcels
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, we'll open an investigation with the carrier. This process can take several days. We're always committed to finding a fair and suitable solution.
Parcels not collected or refused
If a parcel isn't collected or is refused, it doesn't always automatically return to us. In these cases, a full refund can't always be guaranteed. On request, we can arrange a new shipment — the first re-shipment is free, and any further ones may involve additional costs.
Customs & import charges
For orders shipped internationally, any import duties or customs charges are the customer's responsibility. Any such charges are set by your local authorities and are outside our control.
Damaged on arrival?
If your product arrives damaged in transit, we're truly sorry! Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@climorabreeze.com. Please include:
– Your order number
– Clear photos of the damaged product
– Photos of the outer packaging
We'll treat your case as a priority and arrange a fast solution.

ClimoraBreeze does not have a physical customer service desk or walk-in store. Returns are only accepted after prior contact with our customer care team and in line with the instructions provided. The Rotterdam address serves solely as a return address and is not a visiting address.
