We want you to be completely happy with your Climora. If you're not, you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return — no complicated conditions. If the product is unused and in its original condition, you're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Return conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

– The product is unused and in the same condition as received
– The product is in its original packaging, including all accessories
– Proof of purchase is included (such as your order number or invoice)

Returns cannot be sent directly to the manufacturer or without contacting us first.

Contact us first

Before sending anything back, always contact our customer care team first at info@climorabreeze.com. Once we've registered your return, we'll send you detailed instructions and the correct return address. Returns sent without prior contact cannot be processed.

How to return your product

Returning your Climora is simple — just follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@climorabreeze.com
  2. Include your order number, the product you'd like to return, and the reason
  3. You'll receive a confirmation email with detailed return instructions
  4. Send the product back within 14 days of approval
  5. Keep your proof of postage in case we need it
  6. Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll confirm by email

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked or insured shipping method.

Exceptions

The following products cannot be returned:

– Hygiene or intimate products whose seal has been broken
– Health or personal-care products whose packaging has been opened
– Digital products, software and licenses
– Gift cards and vouchers
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
– Custom-made or personalized products
– Sale or clearance items, where this was clearly stated at the time of purchase

Partial refunds

A partial refund may be granted in the following cases:

– The product shows signs of use
– The product is not in its original condition
– Parts or accessories are missing
– The product was damaged by the customer
– The return was made after the deadline

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know by email whether it's approved or rejected. If approved, the full purchase price is refunded within 5 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that processing times vary between banks and payment providers — it may take up to 14 days for the amount to appear on your account.

Exchanges

We only exchange products if they are defective or were damaged during transit. In that case, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel at info@climorabreeze.com and include clear photos of the product and packaging. We'll treat your case as a priority.

Return costs & responsibility

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the parcel until it reaches us. We recommend using a tracked or insured shipping method, as without proof of postage we can't guarantee that your return has arrived.

Parcels not collected or delivered

If a parcel isn't collected or accepted, it doesn't always automatically return to us. In these cases, we can't guarantee a full refund. Any shipping costs we've incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.

Your statutory right of withdrawal

Under consumer law — including in the United Kingdom and the European Union — you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. ClimoraBreeze voluntarily extends this period to 30 days to give you extra confidence and flexibility. This voluntary guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them.

If you have a complaint about your order or a return, please contact us first at info@climorabreeze.com. If we can't resolve it together, you may pursue any remedy available to you under the consumer laws of your country.
